More than a Contractor, Chigwell staff helping out

One of our elderly residents who lives on the Wenlock Barn Estate had a fall yesterday and had a cut to their head.  One of your operatives was witnessed by another resident going to his van to obtain a first aid kit which he used to treat the injured resident at the scene.  After treating the resident he took them to their property and stayed with them until the ambulance which was called came and took the resident to the hospital.

We have had a couple of calls from residents who witnessed what your operative has done, one who commended him for demonstrating such a level of care and dedication to their neighbour which they describe as being over and above the call of duty and impressive.

At this stage we do not know the identity of your staff member who performed this kind act. However I am sure you will be able to find who it was, and on behalf of the TMO and Board Members extend to him our gratitude and appreciation for setting an example which all our staff should emulate.
