Chigwell Construction is a family run business that was established in 1996 by Dean Floyd. Located in Hainault, Essex, we currently operate throughout London and the South-East and employ in excess of 80 staff.

We specialise in both Responsive and Planned Maintenance contracts, working closely with Local Authorities to meet the Decent Homes standard. Our New Build and Extensions division covers anything from one-off residential commissions to commercial property extensions and fit outs.
