Chigwell Construction (London) Ltd have taken delivery of 7 new Renault Trafic vans this week to replace older ones. Changing our vans before they reach 3 years old keeps our fleet looking smart and saves costs in the long term.
Chigwell Construction Goes Green - 16/09/2009

Chigwell Construction (London) Ltd have purchased two Smart Cars for staff to use. Gary Ingram, Creative Director at Eat Live Breathe designed a new eye catching livery incorporating our crest and logotype with green graphics to give the vehicles a modern and contemporary feel. The Smart Cars not only produce better fuel economy and lower emissions but are easier to park when visiting our clients sites in and around London. At the same time we are able to advertise our buisness in the most cost effective way more so than any other form of advertising.

Chigwell Construction sponser the Kickz Project Harlow - 01/09/2009

The Kickz project is a partnership that was initially formed between the Premier League, The Football Association, The Football League, The Football Foundation, The Metropolitan Police Service and The Metropolitan Authority to create a youth social inclusion project. This national project is now backed by many other agencies.

Officially launched by the then Prime Minister Tony Blair (in mid 2006), Kickz involves professional football clubs, taking constructive activity onto targeted local estates with high instances of anti-social behaviour (ASB). The club and delivery partners provide three sessions per week for 48 weeks of the year at times that have been identified with high levels of crime or ASB. Early indications show that crime is falling on the estates at times when the sessions occur. The three sessions will include football coaching, competition and a flexible session, the content of which will be influenced by the Young People.

The target age range is 12 - 18 and the project is aiming to "home grow" the youth leaders, volunteers and coaches of the future with suitable young participants offered the chance of achieving coaching status and thereby have the opportunity of employment through the project as a role model for others.

The project is due to start in the near future subject to planning permission with Kier Harlow as the main contractor, Chigwell Construction (London) Ltd are proud to lend their support to such a fantastic idea.

School Works - 20/08/2009

Chigwell Construction (London) Ltd working with Equipe Regeneration Ltd are carrying out refurbishment works to two schools over the holiday period, firstly to redecorate all Hall areas including Stairwell and the Dining Hall at Cumberland School E13 and at Highland's School N21 redecorating Science Block, Stairwells, Sixth Form, Humanities Block and works to flooring. Cowley Mill Road completes 4 days early - 30/07/2009

Chigwell Construction were appointed as main contractor by Kier Harrow to refurbish two cottages in Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge as part of their regeneration programme of the area. The project consisted of a total refurbishment internally and externally to both. The properties were handed back early and in budget ready to be let to Students of Brunel University.
Chigwell Construction Win Four Year Battle With Council - 10/07/2009

Following a four year battle for planning with London Borough of Redbridge, Chigwell Construction and Ambassador Group have finally been granted the go ahead to build nine 1 bed residential units. The site in Snakes Lane East, Woodford Green, Essex formerly a public house called Bedrocks was purchased back in October 2005.
