The residents of the Wenlock Barn Estate in Shoreditch now have another way to report repairs thanks to Chigwell Construction.

Residents who need to report a problem can already phone our 24 hour a day repair line, but now there will also be a drop-in surgery so that tenants who do not have easy access to a phone can discuss their issues with one of our onsite personnel.

Our team will be based in the Wenlock Barn Estate Office on the 1st Wednesday of every month and our Supervisor will also be in attendance to ensure that any site visits required can be carried out on the same day and repairs diagnosed and dealt with accordingly.

Contracts Manager Anthony King says “Working closely with the residents of Wenlock Barn is of paramount importance to me and the team here at Chigwell Construction.  By having a regular staffing presence on the Estate will help reach out to residents who would prefer one to one contact and give a more personal approach which will only help to increase the communication we have with our residents”
