What we do
Chigwell Construction is committed to providing quality, bespoke property services, consistently winning contracts both publicly and privately. Our ethos revolves around first-rate standards at competitive prices; essentially understanding our clients’ needs and overcoming the parameters of each job.
We operate in several key sectors, namely local authorities, healthcare trusts, commercial property and privately funded projects. The core business is divided equally into two areas, with the contracts split between new build projects and our rapidly growing maintenance division.
Strengths
Over the years, Chigwell Construction has not only established a reputation in quality new build developments and land acquisitions, but gradually expanded its strengths in service and restoration contracts. Our specialist repairs and renovation department, means we have a dedicated and experienced workforce to handle both large and small scale refurbishment projects, including a vast amount of knowledge in the decent homes market.
Customer satisfaction and communication with our clients is everything at Chigwell Construction and we have high expectations of our team. We maintain an honest standard of practice throughout every project and will always encourage and welcome your feedback.
Performance
We currently look to measure our performance using the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) data, which sets the benchmark standard for appraising the fundamentals of a job. Various elements including productivity, first time fix, target times, post inspections and client satisfaction are assessed, leaving you with an individual and overall score. Chigwell Construction is presently hitting an average of 99.3% with the majority of our clients.
Setting new targets, meeting objectives, training and a wealth of experience all contribute to Chigwell Construction evolving and thriving as a business.
Our aim going forward is to maintain a steady growth throughout London and South-East and develop our existing portfolio.
