Congratulations to Chigwell Group Chairman Dean Floyd who was yesterday admitted as a Freeman to the City of London in recognition of the work he has done for charities over the years.

Dean is now permitted to march into the city “with drums beating, colours flying, and bayonets fixed”, a date for which has yet to be set!!!
