The iconic Chigwell Group has small family roots, but employs in excess of 250 staff to cover construction works ranging from new build to refurbishments and maintenance projects.
Our core businesses are; Planned Maintenance – Decent Homes Kitchens and Bathrooms, Voids Refurbishments, One-off large refurbishment projects, External improvement Works, Responsive Repairs including 24/7 Emergency call out service, New Builds Projects.
Customer satisfaction and communication with our clients is everything at Chigwell Construction and we have high expectations of our team. We maintain an honest standard of practice throughout every project and will always encourage and welcome your feedback.
Over the years, Chigwell Group has not only established a reputation in quality new build developments and land acquisitions, but gradually expanded its strengths in service and restoration contracts.
Our specialist repairs and renovation department, means we have a dedicated and experienced workforce to handle both large and small-scale refurbishment projects, including a vast amount of knowledge in the Decent Homes market.
